Settle in, put your feet under the table, we'll come and serve you whatever will please you. Our traditional restaurant highlights good and beautiful local products such as morels, morbier and trout. It is the chef Emmanuel Donin and his team who take care of sublimating the products. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, we invite you to taste our regional specialties.

After a day full of activities, come and enjoy a refreshment at the bar, and a hearty meal in the restaurantof our hotel-club in Les Rousses.

Our restaurantis open 7/7 in season, from noon to 2 p.m. for lunch, then from >7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for dinner (times vary depending on demand).
The barwelcomes youevery day in season, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.minimum (depending on events).

The menu designed by our chef varies according to the seasons, to offer you a maximum of fresh and local products. Taste specialties from the Jura, such as poultry in vin jaune, the famous Morteau sausages and the unmissable Comté fondue.
