A traditional restaurant

Settle in, put your feet under the table, we'll come and serve you whatever will please you. Our traditional restaurant highlights good and beautiful local products such as morels, morbier and trout. It is the chef Emmanuel Donin and his team who take care of sublimating the products. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, we invite you to taste our regional specialties.

After a day full of activities, come and enjoy a refreshment at the bar, and a hearty meal in the restaurant of our hotel-club in Les Rousses.

Our restaurant is open 7/7:

  • only in season: from noon to 2 p.m. for lunch,
  • from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for dinner (times vary depending on demand).


The bar welcomes you every day in season, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. minimum (depending on events).

The menu imagined by our chef varies according to the seasons, to offer you a maximum of fresh and local products. Taste Jura specialties, such as poultry with yellow wine, the famous Morteau sausages and the unmissable Comté fondue.
